We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and conveniently. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Portugal: 3–7 working days — €4
  (Free shipping when buying 2 or more products)
• Europe: 4–7 working days — €13
• Rest of the World: 5–10 working days — €15

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once they reach your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Muchh. is not responsible for any such fees.

Delivery Details

• Please provide a full and accurate shipping address and contact number.
• Once shipped, we cannot redirect or modify delivery addresses.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipment Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@muchh.pt as soon as possible. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute occurs before shipment, your order will be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved, as payment providers (e.g. PayPal/Stripe) may withhold funds.
